  	I just wanted to remind Delaware wrestlers about freestyle practice that is held on Tuesday evenings at the Team Delmarva facility in Salisbury.  It is held from 6:30 to 8:00 pm.  Take advantage of this opportunity to get ready for Fargo or to just learn the value of this style of wrestling to improve your folkstyle  Also, there is a freestyle and folkstyle tournament at Stephen Decatur H.S. on June 23rd.
