St. Mark Spartan Wrestling Camp

The Spartan Wrestling Camp from July 9-13, 2007 9am-3pm, is open to those who are in grades 2 through 8 for the 07-08 school year. Wrestlers will be separated according to ability. There will be a beginners (basics) group and a more advanced group. Our goal will be to teach all wrestlers basic wrestling skills and expose the more experienced to higher level techniques. Instruction will be in all areas of wrestling with emphasis on takedowns takedown counters. Escapes, reversals, pinning combinations and leg wrestling will also be covered.
