Off-Season Practice
As many teams have now ended their regular season, there are wrestlers looking for practice or development. Some are looking to stay sharp for the MAWA series, the War at the Shore, or the Ohio Tournament of Champions. Some others may look for a more relaxed open mat to gain experience while having fun.
DEWrestling will try to maintain a listing of open mats, open practice rooms, and clubs available. Please let me know, or leave a comment if you want to share your event.
The Hockessin Police Athletic League holds open mats, with some coaching supervision and assistance, and will start this Monday, March 12. More information is at the Delaware PAL website.
St. Peter's CYM team is practicing Monday's and Wednesday's through the MAWA season. Check with St. Pete's coach Pat Kelley for more information.
Smyrna is still practicing. Check their website and their Smyrna Eagles message board for more information.
