2007 Nittany Lion Wrestling Camp

Hello Everyone! Now that the season is over it is never too early to think about next year, and
what kind of off-season training you want to do. The NLWC has agreed to come to Delaware this year and put on a 3-day camp for us. The camp is very inexpensive and it will be open to wrestlers in grades 7-12. The camp will be an intensive drilling camp with live wrestling and conditioning. You
will be expected to bring with you your gear: shoes, headgear, etc… You will also be required to bring your lunch, however there may be some food on site for purchase. The camp will take place on July 23-25 at Howard Vo Tech in Wilmington, DE.
